24-Hour Cancellation Policy with 30% Booking Fee

To provide the best possible service to all of our clients and respect the time of our staff, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy:

Booking Fee

A 30% non-refundable Booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

•    If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, your prepayment will be credited toward your next appointment. 
  
•    If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show with less than 24 hours' notice, your 30% prepayment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
  

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the prepayment will be forfeited depending on the circumstances and schedule availability.

Why This Policy?

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to fill that time slot and affect our staff’s income. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to continue providing high-quality service to all our valued clients.
